Product update not showing

This is a very useful plugin, thanks for this awesome work. I was thinking to buy the agency license for the lifetime but it’s a bit costly for me.

BTW, I have been using it for my wp custom wp theme, it was working fine but suddenly it’s not showing the theme updates on the client’s site. Could you please check it at your end with a custom wp theme? and help me to resolve this.
