    Hi there,

WordPress 5.5 removed a javascript file called jquery-migrate that some of the plugins on the site may still rely on. Until those plugins update, the workaround is to use Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin to include the javascript files in the meantime. Doing this will fix the issue you’re seeing.

Note that you may need to clear their browser’s cache and cookies in order for the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin to take effect.

It is further recommended that you test your site for theme and plugin conflicts to identify what plugin needs updating and contact that plugin author further for the issue to be fixed on that 3rd party plugin side.

    Best,

    Ross

    Hi there,
I recommend that you stay with WordPress 5.5 and use the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin.

You simply download it from the page in the link and install it on your site.
Once it is activated in the Plugins list, it will enable the missing script and hopefully fix your problem.

If you need help with installing plugins please read the following:
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/installing-and-activating-woocommerce-extensions/

I hope that helps you to figure it out.
Feel free to get back to us if you have further questions.

    Hi @natitornpat

No problem. I would still recommend keeping the site up-to-date as much as possible, but those tools will still be available to help when you are ready to update.

    Cheers!
