Product Titles Disapear After Order

    HI there, has anyone experienced product titles going missing after receiving an order for an item? It has not been happening for every order, would say that 1/3 of orders cause the title for the product to disappear, when checking the product the tile is gone, go in, add title back and save all good. Products that are not sold don’t have the issue.

    Following are the extensions in use, all are up to date along with WooCommerce and WordPress most recent versions.

    We used to use WP Rocket, removed it and tried W3 Total Cache with no change.

    I have also tried duplicating the product, deleting the old one and same issue.

    Here’s what I would suggest as a first step in sorting this out. Temporarily disable all of your plugins except for WooCommerce and switch to one of the default themes like Twenty Nineteen. Test your checkout again. If it works, then turn everything back on, one by one until the product titles disappear again. If the issue comes back you’ll know it is a conflict and what’s causing it.
