Product thumbnails not showing

Hello,

We have this plugin implemented on one of our websites and, in general, it works correctly, but there is an issue that has occurred several times.

Our videos have custom thumbnails, which are removed from time to time (we think every time there’s a plugin update, but we haven’t been able to verify this). This happens for all products with video in their gallery.

Every time this happens, we need to add all the thumbnails manually again, which is uncomfortable, but above all gives a bad image to our customers.

We’ve just added all the thumbnails back, but we’ve left an unmodified product as an example to try and fix this issue permanently.

UPDATE: We just noticed that, actually, when you reload the page, most of the times the thumbnails is displayed, so it doesn’t seem like they’re being removed but more like a display issue.

What could we do?
