Product Thumbnails Not Displaying on Shop & Category Pages

  • My website https://www.reliefforheadache.com won’t display thumbnails on Shop and Category pages. The featured images are set and they show on the actual product pages but any Shop page with multiple products won’t display images.

    I’m running the latest versions of WordPress (4.8.1), WooCommerce (3.1.2) and WooZone (9.0.3.5).

    I’ve used WooCommerce and WooZone on other websites without any issues. It seems like the Image URLs used on the Shop/Category pages for the thumbnail are not working correctly. When I look at the URL of the featured images through my Media Library it works fine but the Image URL on the Shop pages keeps giving me an error.

  • It looks like the missing images should be coming from Amazon and the Amazon site has forbidden image linking – giving 403 errors. As I recall, I think you have to go into your Amazon account and authorise or setup image linking to your domain. I don’t have an Amazon account so best to read their documentation or ask for tech help from them.
