• I have a text field for Special Instructions on my product page. After entering some text and adding the product to my cart, the field does not appear in the cart. This was working right up until a couple weeks ago, so I don’t know if an update occurred that broke it. Working with version 1.3.5.

    I have seen this same problem in numerous other submitted tickets, but no follow up solutions.

    If no solution exists, would it be possible to roll by my version back to one before the problem cropped up?

    I have confirmed that my sandbox site with version 1.3.4 still works. Please send me the ZIP file with that version. I will install and test, and if it works I will mark this as resolved.

    This works on some of my other sites. On one site, it’s broken. However, the products I made prior to two weeks ago still collect data, and the newer ones from last week do not. That’s strange… like an update made the newer fields not work.
