Product table drops to second page intermittently

    Hi there,

    I can’t seem to figure out how to fix this, a customer’s invoice will show the logo etc. and the address details but the products and subtotals will drop to the second page and leave a bunch of the first page blank.
    It seems to happen exactly when there are three product lines with 4 lines of custom cart information (meta) per product. The custom cart information is a slightly bigger font than the default. The packing slip doesn’t do this, I think because the subtotals table doesn’t show there, which may be what is pulling everything to the second page on overflow or something.

    Please note, less than three and more than three product lines, the pdf generation works fine.

    Hi @dyluck,

    We’ve encountered this issue before but it should be fixed in our latest release. Are you by any chance using an outdated version of the plugin? Current version is 2.9.0.

    Additionally can you tell us if you are using a custom template? As this a template related issue which was fixed for our default ‘Simple’ template.

    @kluver thanks for the response. It was an older version of the plugin for sure. I’ve now updated it. It didn’t fix the issue and the subtotal field when the table drops have something wrong with its margins now and the totals crowd the labels. I did customize the original template slightly to add in the purchase order number as well as the font bolding etc. I’ll attempt to recreate it using the fresh “simple” template that must have come with the update. I’ll respond back here if it fixed it or not.
