    Hi there,

    I have been having issues trying to sync all of the products to my site with images. Now the sync process has stalled at 78% and just continues to spin. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

    Hi @neilrjd,

    I’m sorry to hear you are having issues with the Square sync not completing.

    You can disconnect and reconnect your Square account in the plugin settings to make it stop.

    In regard to troubleshooting why the sync is stuck, please enable debug logging in the Square settings and. Then try another sync. If it still is stuck, we can take a look at the debug logs which would be found under WooCommerce > Status > Logs, select the Square specific debug log.
