    Product sync settings are not getting saved after pressing Save changes button. Nothing happens when you press save button. When you refresh the page, all of the settings disappear.

    Howdy @eugm

    Could you please enable logging here WP-Admin > Marketing > Facebook > Connection, and then check Log plugin events for debugging under the option for Enable debug mode.

    Once you do that, please try again to save the product sync setting.

    This time when logging is enabled, we want to see any particular log that may tell us what’s wrong.

    So please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs, and look for the logs for Facebook for WooCommerce, which you can paste the log here on github, and share the link back on this forum thread.

    Thank you. The Facebook for WooCommerce log looks good. Do you see any other log that starts with fatal-error and with latest date?
