Product sync no longer works

it is impossible for me to send the products to the shop since the last update of the plugin.
On the other hand, I still have access (printful menu of my site) to information related to the various orders being processed from my site.
Here is the message on my Printful dashboard
Error: Invalid response from your WooCommerce store. Please make sure your site is working and no plugins are blocking WooCommerce API access. Essayez d’actualiser les données.Yesterday, Access to the api came back for a few hours and then it’s lost again.
how to fix the problem?
We checked each plugin, without success.
