    Hi, i have an issue with product syncronizaion.

    Only a small part is shown in my Facebook Woocommerce Catalog, but other products show this allert:

    “Facebook for WooCommerce error:
    Invalid parameter”

    I tryed to figure it out the problem checking the debug log i woocommerce and i found this:

    “There was an error trying sync products using the Catalog Batch API for job *API code*: Cannot create the API instance because the access token is missing.”

    I searched for weeks without success,
    Plz help me ??

    Hi @arystos

    Can you first check that the products that are not syncing are not virtual and/ or out of stock? Facebook will not allow virtual or out of stock products to sync.

    If the products are not either of the above, can you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Occasionally, deleting or resetting all products from the Facebook catalog and then letting things sync again is the only way to fix strange issues.

    This can be done manually for each product using the “Delete product(s) on Facebook” option from within the Edit Product page.

    If the product still exists in Facebook, manually delete it there before manually syncing products again from within **Marketing > Facebook > Product sync**. The other option would be to reset all products using Code Snippets and the snippet within the documentation below:

    @johndcoy Unluckily both solution don’t work in my case.

    Every Woocommerce Product return me this:

    Retriving page access token

    The strange thing is that the old products are uploaded correctly but not the newest. Ok here is the ting… in this site we are 2 accounts, me and my client.
    I have the admin role and he as the editor can add products, articles ecc. Is possible that this products are not synced because he have not the same roles that i have?

    We are experiencing the same issue a product synch issue and have also tried deleting and resetting, with no success. Any more progress on fixing this issue?
