    Hello,

We have set up a Syncee account at https://syncee.co/, so we can source and upload sustainable products. We have so far only been able to upload 41 products, and now it is stock so we can’t upload anyone to our WooCommerce.

At Syncee they say everything is OK at their side.

Our hosting technical support has gone through everything and they have not found any errors, all the Syncee requirements are met, and we have the latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce.

We tried again this morning which a new Syncee catalog, called; Straws, but there were not any steel straw products uploaded.

The integration between Syncee and our WooCommerce was done without the Syncee plugin when our Syncee account was set up, and it was the integration which managed to upload 41 products before it went down. Today we installed the Syncee plugin to see if that would help, but unfortunately, it did not.

Have you seen similar problems between WooCommerce and Syncee?

Do you know if there are any alternative ways which we can use to upload products, except for going back to the “old days” where all products were uploaded manually?

We have many suppliers which want to deliver products to us, and many of these are not on Syncee, but they can see the benefit of working with us through Syncee.

I do hope you will be able to help us out.

    Thank you and best regards,
    Finn

    Hello Finn!

    Thanks for reaching out!

Please note that this forum is dedicated to queries related to core WooCommerce features.

Today we installed the Syncee plugin to see if that would help, but unfortunately, it did not.

If you are using the Syncee – Global Dropshipping extension, a premium plugin which we support via our ticket queue, you are eligible for WooCommerce official support.

Please open a ticket with us via: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

    Hope this helps!

    Hello Joseph (@tamirat22)

For two days ago we found out that it was a problem at our host, which we have been using for several years.

We tested it at SiteGround and here it is working, so by now, we have moved this project to SiteGround.

    Thank you for your support.
