    Hi,

    We have an issue with product syncing. As soon as product inventory drops to 0, the status in Facebook sync goes to “Do not sync” (even though on the product it is set to sync) and it does not sync the new stock level with the facebook catalogue thus resulting in still showing items as in stock even though they are no longer in stock on the website.

    Any tips on how to sync “out of stock” products?

    Hi @ktoldy ,

    The issue you’ve mentioned are known issues: issue 1, issue 2. Our development team has worked on a fix as well and it will be released with the upcoming versions of the Facebook for WooCommerce extension.

    For the time being, you may delete the product on Facebook (see screenshot: https://d.pr/i/ehaF7R) so they can sync afresh.

    I have installed and updated to the latest version of facebook for woocommerce plugin VERSION 2.6.25. Even now the items in FB catalogue are not being removed or stock status changing from “In stock” when the item stock becomes 0. Should we wait for another version for the catalogue items to be updated with the published status?
