Product single page refreshes after Add to cart is pressed

Hi,

We have a bit of a general question here: is it the default functionality of WooCommerce products that the product single page is automatically refreshed once you add the product to cart, when you buy the product on the product single page, not the Shop archive?

The issue is that we’re getting double events from add_to_cart in Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel – seemingly once from pressing the “Add to cart” button and twice from the page refresh. Is there a way to bypass the refresh? Any feedback and suggestions would be greatly appreciated ??
