    Hello!

I’ve came across a strange behavior: while we have hundreds of variable products in our site, there is one product, and I can see this fault in this particular product only: while selecting a certain combination that we know for a fact doesn’t exist in the system – like, there are no combination of these variables, they were deleted when creating the product, as we do in all the others – the site displays a message “there is no product available matching the criteria”. When in the other similar products, the unavailable options get a red cross on them when we pick other relevant options, not allowing the customer to select them. This is the expected bahavior – placing a red X on the option swatches, not displaying the “unavailable” message.

While I don’t know if this is caused by your plugin or by Woocommerce itself, I had to place this question here. I will test with the plugin disabled to check if there is any difference. Meanwhile, maybe someone can point me into the right direction?

    Thanks!

Ok, I tested more and got to the conclusion it was the default behavior for products with more than 30 variables, Woocommerce-related. I ended up adding a small snippet to increase the limit. All done now. Problem solved.

I believe this thread may as well stay here if anyone faces the same issue.
