If you have added the code for a short description and it should display. sorry, but Without checking your live page, I can’t say why it is not working because not getting the exact causes for the issue.

If possible Kindly provide the page URL where you have the issue?

i have added the short description , buy 1 get 1 free, its not showing , you can check now

Please share a snapshot also where you have added the short description for this product. Because there is not showing any short description.

secondly , i have noticed one more issue, if you will try to shift the short description box to other place, you wont able to type anything under visual tab and the short description will remove too and will only show under text tab , second issue explained from 0.24 in video .

but its not like that, i’m adding a short description and then dragging the box, it was just to show you about the second issue . the short description is already mentioned , so just update the page and it will not reflect to the page,

i have mentioned each and every thing in the old conversations also

im looking for the fix , will it fix in the upcoming oceanwp update? video, images, everything attached in the past conversations. tried the code given by you , no solution so far …tried to change the theme, its working , back to oceanwp, not working

I watched your videos and it seems that it is not a theme related issue. Try to switch to a different theme and check it works or not. Have you also reached the woocommerce support about the issue?

It needs to take a closer look if possible open a ticket at the official site, so we can able to take access and troubleshoot the issue.

Hi abhishek , earlier i told you its working with twenty twenty theme. now if i will contact woocomerce, they will definately say its theme issue . let me know the final conclusion on this topic, its been long on this issue now. your official site support is for paid users right?

I’m really not sure you are doing wrong now, I tried it on my local but didn’t see this type of issue.
The issue you are facing because of some code/plugin conflict.
Disable all the plugins except the ocean extra and woo commerce, switch to the parent theme, remove all the custom code, and check. This will work.

hello did all the steps , have a look on the video , it is reflecting only when changing the theme, everything is deactivated, except woocommerce and oceanextra…no custom codes, only default css

Fixed finally, under customizer> woocommerce> single product> Summary Elements Positioning> Excerpt was disable.
