Product short desc not updating

    I’m trying to update the short description of a lot of my products on woocommerce, however whenever I click ‘save draft’ it reverts to the previously saved short description. I’ve also noticed that this also removes all attributes I’ve added to the product in question, and generally removes any updates I’ve added to the price, shipping details, and stock.

    So far I’ve tried updating wordpress/woocommerce, I’ve deactivated all plugins excewpt for woocommerce and woocommerce admin, and still having this issue.

    Has anyone seen this previously, and how did you resolve it?

    Hey @geekandartsy,

    I’ve read all messages here but it doesn’t seem you have switched to the default Storefront theme. Can you do that and disable all plugins except WooCommerce and see if it’s working?

    none of the replies worked to solve this issue. i still havent been able to work out how to keep my listing information from being erased every time i save a listing.

    Hi @geekandartsy !

    I’ve read all the messages here and I can see you have a staging environment?

    If so please follow these steps:

    1. Please switch to the default Storefront Theme
    2. Secondly, please disable all the active plugins except WooCommerce

      3. Please make sure you disable Endurance Page Cache as well

    Once you have done all of these please try to update one of your products!

    In case you don’t have a staging environment, please ask your host for one or use a plugin such as WP Staging that will help you with that.
