Product shipping display Issue

We need screenshots of:

• WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping
• WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Click on Edit on a Shipping Zone
• WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Click on Edit on a Shipping Zone > Click on edit on each shipping method so we can check the specific settings
• The cart/checkout page with the issue

Thanks for the screenshots. From the last one I see you’re testing with an UK address, however I’m not able to see the settings for the UK in your table from this screenshot.

Could you please make sure to share a screenshot where we can see all the zones? And then please repetat the process but for the UK zone:

• WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Click on Edit on your UK shipping Zone
• WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Click on Edit on your UK Shipping Zone > Click on edit on each shipping method so we can check the specific settings.

Hi since there is lots of cross over I dont have a dedicated uk shipping zone, uk is either including via the europe shipping zone or the rest of the world shiping zone.

Per the zone settings showcased in this screenshot, apparently there is a Worldwide Free Shipping enabled.

Feel free to either deactivate the free shipping included in it (via the available switch), or delete it, and verify that shipping costs should start displaying as intended afterward.

From your screenshot I think we have to look at the problem from another perspective, as I see you’re using the expresss checkouts for Google Pay, if you continue with the checkout process and go through the Cart and Checkout pages and put the address there, do you see the shipping as expected?

For instance, I saw shipping costs to my country in the Checkout page: https://snipboard.io/LH4icv.jpg. If you can provide a test address for the UK we can use we can also check this for you.

If it works properly on the checkout page, we can then move our attention to the G Pay instead. You’re using Google Payments through WooPayments if I’m not mistaken?
