Product selection in a form

Hello,
I am trying to find out a way to create a quotation form formy website which consists of several restaurants that will provide food. All i want is a quotation form where people can select the number of people, name etc… as well as select the products (the foods) they want. I want to know how I can add woocommerce products to a form where people can select from and they will all be sent as a mail. I want the products to appear in a basic grid layout (no need to be complex).
I would really appreciate knowing what plugins to use to make this functionnality and how to make it.
