I’ve checked the code and didn’t find any malicious elements in it. But remember, this plugin hasn’t been updated in a while. So, it’s a good idea to test it on a staging site first.

I want to charge a separate service fee for all orders for the trouble and packaging of orders. Is there a solution or plugin to do this and add a separate option with the title of service and desired amount on the invoices?

Unfortunately, the plugin extra fees for woocommerce has a problem, and if each product has a certain inventory, it provides the possibility of ordering an infinite number of products.
The second plugin you introduced adds a field for products, but I want to receive an additional amount on the entire invoice.
Do you know another plugin?

Another thing, I installed 4 WooCommerce plugins that each do one thing. For example, one for the invoice, one for changing the date, one for sending a message to the user, etc.
Is there a way to have these all in one or in one plugin to reduce the number of plugins?

I want to recieve an amount for a service charge (such as the cost of packing an order) and I want it to automatically calculate this amount on the invoice for all orders.
Actually, the extra fees for woocommerce plugin does exactly what I want it to do. But when ordering products, it creates a problem for the product stock and the number of stock determined for the product is not respected. That means you can order an infinite number of products.
Will this problem be solved? If not, what would you suggest instead?

Actually, it’s not a very complicated setting, but what I did is shown in two pictures
