    Could you please share full information about your auction product like below, it would help us to know more and replicate and test it inhouse:

    1. Is it proxy or simple bidding
    2. Opening Price
    3. Reserve Price
    4. Incremental Price
    5. Order of bids placed including the username, bid amount
    6. Web page url of the auction product.
