    Hi,

I am using the woo-commerce storefront theme with the currency converter. I have 2 currencies installed on my website: $ and Indian Rupees (Rs.). I was doing testing with payments. Though the payments are happening properly, the sales reports are only reading $ as a currency when generating report which is creating major issues for us. For instance, $1= Rs. 67; so if a customer has paid Rs. 67, the report is showing it as $67. Can you please help me with the resolution?

    Regards,
    Ashish

  • Hi there,
The report data is generated using a built-in function in WooCommerce, which appears not to be multi-currency aware. Which plugin are you using to allow the customer to switch between currencies? Are they shown correctly in the built-in WooCommerce reports (WooCommerce > Reports)?
