product reviews not showing in woocommerce

    Thanks for using our plugin!

    Have you checked the Point number 3 in our solution help link if your theme is not providing comment support then it will given an problem to show reviews.

    I am going to inform you that our short code will be works only on WooCommerce single product pages. You will need to enter that code <?php echo do_shortcode(‘[cusrev_reviews]’); ?> and also please check the “Review Extensions” tab Enable Shortcodes checked or not if not checked then short code will not work.

    Also can you please try the short code on “single-product.php” file ?
    Can you please provide me the screen shot of Review Extensions tab?

    Product reviews is a standard feature of WooCommerce. If enabled in WooCommerce options, they should work without any additional shortcodes. If reviews are not visible, please check your theme customization.
