Product Reviews disappered

We didn’t changed anything in product reviews. Also I checked it on my testing site and it works fine on Jigoshop 1.17.6

Would the wordpress database backup have recoverable ‘product reviews’ files?

Product reviews are stored in database so they are recoverable.

I’ve checked the database for reviews, but cannot find the correct table. For example I can see wp_meta, wp_posts, wp_newsletter, etc, but I don’t see where to find product reviews.

The product reviews should be in the wp_comments table, along with other comments that aren’t reviews.
