The guest users are unable to post the reviews. I have read some article in which I read to check enable comment, reviews, allow no logged in members to post comment and I have checked all the settings and everything seems OK.
However, when I am logged in and post the review then it is working fine.
Any quick support will be very appericiated.
Thank you

It looks like guests are unable to leave product reviews, correct?
Just to clarify, since WooCommerce has its own built-in settings for Product reviews (different from the WordPress comment settings), have you checked that this has been configured correctly?
You can do this by navigating to WooCommerce?→Settings → Products → General tab and scroll down to the “Reviews” section. Next, make sure that the “Reviews can only be left by “verified owners”” option is unchecked:
You can read more about WooCommerce Product Reviews here:
Additionally, please can you navigate to the Products → Reviews?page and check that the “Review” is not waiting approval?
If these settings look good and guests are still unable to leave product reviews, can you please share a clear screenshot of what you are seeing on your end when trying to leave a review as a guest?
If you don’t already have a screenshot tool installed,?Snipboard.io?can be used for easily sharing screenshots. Please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in your reply here.
Additionally please can you share a copy of your sites System Status Report which you can find via?WooCommerce?→?Status.
Select Get system report and then Download for Support. This will download a TXT file that has the contents of the SSR which you can then share with us here.
I just tested leaving a review, and I didn’t get errors. Can you check on your back end? Of course, you can remove my test review (if it shows up there).
Additionally, as mentioned by my colleague, can you please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report, which you can find via WooCommerce → Status?
Select?Get system report?and then?Download for Support. This will download a TXT file containing the SSR’s contents, which you can then paste into https://gist.github.com/ to share with us.
This will help us learn more about your site and provide better help.
Thank you for sharing your SSR. The first thing that caughts my attention is that you don’t have your WooCommerce updated to its latest version. Can you please update it and see if this fixes the issue as a first step?
Another thing that stands out from there is the order details template from your theme being outdated, thought that’s not relevant to the problem at hand, just pointing that out as you may want to fix that template soon! (learn more).
Finally, if updating your WooCommerce version doesn’t fix it, I’d suggest running a conflict test! I see there are 91 active plugins on your site, so it’s very likely that one of them is interfering with this.
To test, you’ll first want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then check to see if the issue is still present. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you.
If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one (gradually), checking after each to see where the issue is coming from.
Some important considerations:? — Be sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. You can ask your host for backup functionality, or you can consider using a service like?Jetpack. If something goes wrong, you will be able to restore it.
— Also, you can consider using a plugin like?Health Check & Troubleshooting. This is a plugin developed by the WordPress community, and it is helpful to disable plugins without affecting your current site visitors.
— It is also important to consider staging functionality in case you would not like to touch your production site (you can ask your host if they offer this service), or you can use WP Staging to spin up a new test site quickly.
Just in case, there is one more thing to check that hasn’t been asked yet… Have you checked on your individual products → Product data → Advanced that the Enable Reviews box is checked? https://prnt.sc/Ktc3sMnxa1e2.
If it is enabled for all your products, then please continue with the troubleshooting as per my previous reply!
