Thanks for providing the additional information. Normally, WooCommerce shows a reviews checkbox on Advanced tab in the product’s properties, if you activate reviews in the general WooCommerce settings. I’m not sure why it doesn’t happen on your site. You must either have a plugin that disables reviews or some bespoke code to turn off reviews.

Asking for / offering site logins is not permitted on this forum – you might be banned by moderators.

To check which plugins you have installed, can you please send a system report for your site? You can generate a system report in WordPress admin area by going to WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system report.

Can you please temporary disable this plugin: “Disable Comments: by WPDeveloper – 1.11.0” and check if it resolves the issue?

Hi disabled that which I will keep disabled. It does now show some reviews on the WordPress Dashboard which obviously is attributed to that plugin. And I do see now star ratings on Product pages where they have been made under Product name which I dont think was there before. I would like to see comments also however adding shortcode – [cusrev_reviews comment_file=”/comments.php”] on the Product page doesnt seem to function.

So, it was actually point 4 from the support article I shared earlier – a plugin that turns off reviews.

You don’t need to use any shortcode on a product page to display reviews. The standard WooCommerce creates a special tab “Reviews” automatically. The fact that it doesn’t happen on your site suggests that there is still some bespoke code or customization that disables reviews.
