Product Review on Product Page

    Hope you are well.

    I have attached a link to a word document.

    As you can see when someone has not got an account on my website, the review interface is different compared to when the user is logged in.

    When the user is not logged in, 2 extra boxes are there which are not necessary.

    There is a little box that needs to be ticked, that should be the only thing that appears with the text.

    Are you able to help remove the boxes that are shown in the word document?
