    Someone attempted to leave a product review on my website and the following error message popped up: “Your submissions failed. The server responded with (code). Please contact the developer of this form processor to improve this message”.

    I have the reviews enabled in Woocommerce settings as well as under the “advanced” tab for each product. I’m not sure if the “Neve” theme I’m using is interfering or if it is another issue.

    (Side note, I am NOT familiar with coding, so if the fix involves that, I humbly request you break down the instructions into baby steps.) Thanks in advance

    I dropped a test review on the page and didn’t experience the error. The review was set for approval.

    Could you inform the customer to clear their browser cache or open the page from a private window?
