Product Recommendation Template?

    Hi there!

    I’m desperately looking for a template suitable for product/service recommendation.

    Specifically, I need to ask my visitors 5 questions. Based on their answers, I’d like to offer a specific set of services fitting their needs.

    However, I cannot find anything similar in the 1.400+ templates available, and keywords search for “recommendation” and “suggestion” doesn’t yield any result.

    Is there something like that in WPForms or do I need to look for another plugin for my website?

    I’d realy LOVE your feedback, I’m starting to desperate here…

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I recommend checking the Available Templates (screenshot) on the page after clicking on Add New (screenshot). With this, you can see all the templates available with WPForms Lite.

    In case any of those templates will achieve your goal, you can create your own form with the 5 questions. Please know we have a detailed guide with the fields available on WPForms in our guide here.
