    I have a few questions. I have more than 1 number that receives new order notifications for Woocommerce. Can this be done? I currently using Twilio and the WooCommerce Plugin for is but my clients are not receiving the text messages. Also, Can I have more than 1 website, each with its own credit balances, under 1 SMSAlert account? Lastly, I see under your plugin which status will trigger a text. Will the customer also receive the text?

    Yes you can configure more than 1 admin number for notifications, please refer here for more details.

    If you need seperate credits for each website, you will have to create seperate accounts for each website, with a single SMS Alert account, you can link multiple websites, but you can not allocate credits to each website.

    Our plugin can pick woocommerce statu’s dynamically so you can configure all status on which you need to trigger SMS.

    Yes, we support SMS to Customers also.
