Product quantity not displayed on single product page and cart page

    Hello,

    I am using WordPress with the OceanWP theme and the plugins Elementor (not Elementor Pro), Elementor Header & Footer Builder, and WooCommerce. I am having an issue with the display of the product quantity on the single product page and the cart page.

    When I use Elementor Header & Footer Builder, the product quantity does not show up on the single product page and the cart page. When I deactivate this plugin, the quantity displays correctly on the single product page, but not on the cart page. However, when I completely deactivate Elementor, the quantity displays correctly on both pages. I need Elementor for my website, so removing it is troublesome.

    I have already tried updating all plugins and themes and temporarily deactivating other plugins to determine if there is a conflict. Do you have any suggestions for resolving this issue or have you encountered similar issues with this setup ? Thank you for your help.
