Product quantity issue

  • Hi,

    I’m using the Woocommerce mix n match plugin and encountered an issue with the oceanwp woocommerce features.

    https://snackwell.hu/product/osszevalogathato-snack-doboz/ – it’s a mix n match product and when I type a number into one of the quantity boxes, all of them will change accordingly.

    If I turn off the ocean wp woocommerce features in the customizer the quantities work properly individually, so not a bug with the WC plugin.

    However, I like the oceanwp WC styling and would like to keep using it so could you please take a look at this?

  • Hello,

    Please go to Customize > Woocommerce > Single Product and disable the Ajax add to cart option. Check it fixes the issue or not.

    I just checked your site and it is working fine. Have you removed the oceanwp woocommerce features? Which version of PHP you are using? Since it’s a premium plugin and I don’t have it so it is difficult the troubleshoot the issue.

    Hi,

    I haven’t removed the oceanwp WC features and it still doesn’t work for me. It works as long as you use the ‘-‘ and ‘+’ buttons but not if you type the quantity in the box. Then it updates all quantity boxes on the product page.

    The site runs on version 7.1

    Yes, you are right. I saw the issue. I’ll look into it to find a solution for it. As I said earlier, it’s a premium plugin and I don’t have it, so it is difficult for me to troubleshoot the issue. Hope you understand it.
