    Hi

    We recently updated the [plugin name] plugin to its latest version. However, after the update, we’re encountering an issue where member price updates aren’t working correctly. Members have different pricing structures than regular users, so this is causing a problem.

    We just renewed the plugin recently, so we’d appreciate any assistance you can offer in resolving this issue.
