Product prices not displaying accurately

  • Prices on the front-end of my website are suddenly incorrect and seem random. Prices are accurate on the back-end. I recently used ‘bulk edit’ for a specific sale period. All sale prices were removed after the sale and the correct prices were displayed. Suddenly tonight the prices are incorrect (they are completely random….don’t match any prices I’ve ever had on those products). I had plug-ins that needed updating so I have done that thinking that may be the problem….it wasn’t….prices are still incorrect. If I go in to each product and ‘update’ it, that seems to correct the issue. However, I have thousands of products and doing them individually is not possible. How does this happen and how do I fix this?

    Sounds like caching might be involved here; Are you still experiencing the same issue after deactivating all of your caching/optimisation plugins?
