product prices are not updated

    Hey guys;
    I read all other topics related to Facebook for Woocommerce update issues however I couldn’t find a solution.
    I have updated all plugins and tried to sync manually from Marketing>Facebook>Product Sync however the prices can not be updated. I checked the status from Woocommerce>Status>Logs there is not any error message it shows that update process is done but when I visit FB Business Manager there is not any price change. I will be appreciated if someone can help me. I pasted the status report which I copied from Woocommerce>Status>System Status

  • Hi @oriondorion ,

    As I understand, when you update the prices on your site, it is not syncing with Facebook and thus the prices in your Facebook catalog don’t get updated.

    Can you please check if other changes (like stock) are syncing fine with the Facebook catalog?

    If other updates are not going through as well, then I recommend disconnecting your site with your Facebook account, and connecting it again, and then check if that resolves the issues.

    Thank you @wpnomad for your kind advice. Firstly I deleted all products from facebook, than reset Facebook metadata from product edit page. When I pushed the update button it generates brand new facebook metadata and automatically sync all the products correctly.
