product price displayed by consumer ip address

Hello,
I want to make a different price of our products in certain countries
Did this plugin can directly detect the ip address of the consumer country without login or enter an address and show the price accordingly to the country on the product page.
I download the plugin but by the scrolling menu “price based on” i have not the choice of selecting by “ip address”.
Can you give some help?
