Product post type slug and Term slugs translating

    I have installed Woo + Translate Press. I was able to install Spanish as a 2nd langauge and successfully translate everything.

    But when I attempt to select any product from the shop page in Spanish, the product URL base is changed from “product” to “producto”.

    I never translated this nor do I want to translate the slug. Why is this happening?

    This happens also on product archive lists. The slug base is “categoria-producto” instead of “product-category”.

    I would like to not have to buy the Addon and stay with the free Translatepress plugin.

    Hello there,

    This translation happens automatically because WooCommerce already has translations for those slugs. Only in the paid version we have a feature that let’s you translate these slugs.
