    Hi Team,

    Ever since we updated to the new version of woocommerce we have been having some issues with the pictures when you click on a product. When you go to view a product it looks like the pictures are no longer displaying (Blank white space where they should be). When you hover over where the pictures should be you are still able to click on them to view them in a larger window as well as download them. This seems to be the majority of the time however sometimes the images will come through as intended. It seems to be random when the images show up and when they don’t I am not sure why and thought I’d reach out for help.

    Howdy Jeff,

    We can see the issue on a product like The Classic Series Hiking Canes.

    When viewing the browser console there’s a list of errors, which seems to show a slew of jQuery issues, and also implicates Autoptimize.

    If you haven’t cleared your cache since updating, it’s advised to do so now as a first step. If that alone doesn’t solve it, I would suggest disabling Autoptimize (and other caching plugins you might have, like WP Rocket), to see if that resolves the issue. If it does, then consult this doc before enabling them again:

    But if that too doesn’t help, then it could be due to some incompatibility between older and newer software that you’re running on your site. In that case you can see if this little helper plugin can bridge the gap for you:
