Product Picture didnt display full picture

Hi I have installed Dynamic gallery. My product picture in woocommerce single product page didn’t appear full picture. It was crop away. I have adjusted at woocommerce product display for a display of a full portrait picture but it didn’t work. it was displayed as a 500 x 500 square. Pls advice.
