    Hi,
Yesterday, I found that our product pictures are not showing on the product pages in our woocommerce store. They show on the category pages, but not the individual product pages. Here’s a link to one of the products: https://straddlecreekspins.com/product/tibetan-spindle-with-captive-ring-in-eastern-red-cedar-and-wild-cherry/

Also, we use the Photo Gallery plugin and the entire gallery page is blank; no pictures show, no gallery text shows. Here’s the link to the gallery page: https://straddlecreekspins.com/gallery/

Honestly, I’m not sure when this trouble began because I haven’t been on the site in awhile (a couple weeks?). But last time I did any work on the site, everything was running fine. We have WP version 4.9.8 and Woocommerce 3.4.5.

After searching online, I found that pictures disappear when the opacity is set to 0. Sure enough, I am able to inspect element by clicking on the white space where the pictures should be and can find code setting the opacity to 0. On the gallery page, however, I could not find the opacity code, but assume it must be there somewhere since it’s the same issue as the product pages. How this happened, I have no idea, but the trouble is there.

I tried two different suggested CSS code fixes in the additional CSS Generate Press customizer and neither worked. I’ve tried the fix on both Chrome and Edge.

Can someone give me the correct CSS code to change the opacity to 1 so that our pictures will again be seen?

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

First I see some console errors on your page which is causing by the Photo Gallery plugin:
    https://www.screencast.com/t/fw3xplFwinJb

Can you try disabling it and see if it helps with the WooCommerce image issue?

If not can you try disabling all activated plugins and see if it helps.

I can see the opacity 0 but it certainly isn’t coming from or related GP – The free GeneratePress theme doesn’t do anything for WooCommerce.

Let me know if this helps ??

Leo, Thank you for your help. I don’t know what a console error is, so I went ahead and deactivated the plugin. Then I cleared the cache and tried the product pages again. The pictures still are not showing up.

The plugin is still deactivated. Any other thoughts?

Another problem I’m noticing is that sometimes, when I click the category picture on the shop page, it takes me to the home page instead of to the category page. I thought it was just a one-time glitch, but it just happened again. I have no idea if these things could be related, but thought I’d mention it.

I’m seeing a different javascript error on your page now, which is likely the cause of your issues.

One of them has to do with the Mail Chimp sign up you have. If you remove it, do the issues go away?

You found it! I removed the Mail Chimp sign-up and all the scripts for it in the header and footer and the product pictures now show. I re-activated the photo gallery plug-in and it’s working again too.
I’m not sure what I’ll do about a mail chimp sign-up now, but that’s another topic :).
Thank you so much for your time and help.
