    On the Products admin page, each product has a View link. What is it supposed to do? Click on it returns 404. Duplicated this issue on the AS demo site.

    Now, I an syncing with EDD, it would be great if the permalink was the actual EDD download permalink.

    Since the Products are built on the get_terms filters when syncing with EDD, perhaps the object permalink could built to return the actual EDD Download permalink.

    Can you point me to the URL you are clicking on? I’m trying to find the 404 page you described, but they are working ok. (Or if you can post a screenshot of the link that you are clicking on, I find which one you are referring to)

    To replicate the issue do:

    1. Login into your demo site as demo admin.
    2. Click the Products menu item under Tickets.
    3. Mouseover any of the Product items and the action links become visible.
    4. Click the View link
    5. 404, NOt Found.

    The same issue exists for all the taxonomies attached to the Ticket CPT. Such as Departments, Priority and Channels.

    Hi @shazahm1hotmailcom,

    Thank you for the details: I see what you are referring to. (I had originally though you were referring to the main “Products” category on the parent menu of the dashboard. What you are describing looks like a problem with syncing between the parent list (Products in the dashboard menu) and the tickets->product list. Some of the products in the child list do work, while some don’t. Thanks for pointing out this issue. (It may be ideal to include this with the other Github issues where we can continue with the development team)
