Product Page Refresh After Add to cart

When you add a product from a single product page, the page reloads by default. And your product page seems to be working as expected.

Could you provide us more details on what your expected behavior is?

Hi there. I got to learn that reloading the page is a feature and not a bug. However, this reload is not good for my analytics and also creates a bad experience for the user.

I expect to have AJAX handle the cart update. Why isn’t it possible to have the same behavior in the PDP that we have in archive pages.

Why would I open a new thread about the exact same topic? Isn’t that against the forum guidelines?

When I am displaying the product detail page and I add that item to the cart, the page reloads itself. Do I have to open a new thread or will it be closed because as per this thread it’s not a bug but a feature.
