Product page not going to page to select options

    I used Formidable Forms plugin to add a form with extra fields against products which then have a button called select option.
    When you choose that button you get a page not associated with anything on products.
    There are some products with no additional fields and have go to basket button, these work fine.
    What do I need to do to resolve this please?

  • Hey @hscwebmaster,

    You might see if it’s possible to submit that form via AJAX so it doesn’t take the user to another page. If that’s not an option, I would check with Formidable Forms and see if they have a way to make submitted forms return to the same URL instead of a redirection.

    That’s what I’d look at first.
