Product Page meta titles and descriptions reverting back after edit

We continue to have a problem with Product Page meta titles and descriptions reverting back after edit.

When we edit the meta data, using Yoast, it usually reverts back in about an hour, sometimes sooner, and sometimes a few hours later.

This only happens on Product Pages.

Furthermore, it only happens on Product Pages that had an existing meta title or description. If it is a new product or one in which the meta data had never been entered, the meta data does not revert. It works as it should.
