Product page load slowed by plugin when having 1K+ variations

Hello
Some products have 1k sometimes even more variations.
I’ve noticed that first load (before caching) can take up to 1mn+.
I tried switching theme and disabling all plugins and finally notices that Pixel manager was drastically slowing the pages.
Is there anything I can do to improve page lods with this plugin or should I look at another solution for tracking sales?
