It looks like you want the product variations to be displayed more clear, and not via the use of a dropdown, correct?

There is no feature built-in to WooCommerce core that allows this functionality however, this can definitely be achieved with the use of a plugin. ??

The Variation Swatches and Photos extension can do the trick! This extension enables you to show color and image swatches instead of drop downs for variable products.
