You certainly can — you can use this site to check what plugins that example might be using (in case they are adding those via a plugin): https://whatwpthemeisthat.com/

If they aren’t using a specific plugin for that though, then you would likely need to add it via custom code — either using PHP code to hook into an action and add content where you want, or by overriding your template files to add those icons.
