product page disappear

  • I don’t know what happened but the products page in my store disappeared (products).
    I get a 404 instead
    How can I retrieve or set up an identical page (where all the store’s products are displayed)?

  • You seem to have an online store? Which plugin do you use to manage the products?

    • Do you have some backup?
    • What’s the WP version?
    • That issue occurred after you you tweaked something in your site?

    The 404 error suggests the products page might have been deleted or its permalink changed. Check the trash in your Pages section, or try resetting the permalink settings under “Settings > Permalinks” and save changes. If the page is missing, you can create a new page and use the WooCommerce shortcode [products] to display all products.
