1. so for example i make pizza design and i sell them on all merch, so when customer visit my pizza t shirt single product page i wanted to show other products like this pizza design is also availabe in hoodie, mobile case. is there any plugin that does this?

Do you want to show other products with the same pizza design as related products?

2. is there any easy way to upload bulk product like teepublic.com. where you upload a design, then give a name and description and the plugin creates all products like t-shirts, hoodies, cases etc. automatically?

At this moment, there is no option to achieve what you want; you would need a plugin (if available) or customization.

If you see this product link you can see there below ‘more product’ field its show in what other product this design is available like hoodie,mug etc.
And below field its suggest other design like ‘related products’.
So i wanted to show 2 different field where one suggest products that have same Design. And other field is related product field. So is there any plugin that achieve these results.

You don’t need to install another plugin to achieve what you’re wanting to do on your product page.

Use the Related Products to pull products from your store that share the same tags (e.g. all products having tag Pizza Kong design) and use Up-Sells to display other products that you recommend instead of the currently viewed product.

Upsells process is very time consuming.so i was thinking can I have 2 seprate related product field, so that in one field i show products that share same tag and in another i show random products.
