Product order on shop page not working

    Hi,
    I’ve read all the solutions provided earlier regarding product order but it is not working on my site. I have only 9 products (all published) but 1 of them does not show on the shop page. Also, I edited each product and put the custom order number on the menu and set and tried changing the settings of product order in theme, it still doesn’t work.
    Please help with this query.

    Could you first make sure the missing product’s Catalog Visibility is set to Shop and search results? https://snipboard.io/492asI.jpg

    If the issue persists, I’d recommend running a conflict test to determine if the issue is coming from a plugin/theme conflict. The best way to determine this is to temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

    The product is visible now. I reset the settings to original theme. Now the issue is that my product layout is completely ruined. The margins are lost. In the main theme for the shop, I have put 3 column settings with center alignment for the products but they show up in the following format: 3 products show up in a single column and then the entire product set repeats again in 2 columns without margins and aligned left. This means 3 products are repeated twice. How do I fix the layout of my shop?

    Hello there,

    Just to confirm, did you switch your Theme to Storefront does switching the theme did make a difference?

    If that does not work, can you please check if there is any shortcode or block on your shop page that could be including the “extra” products?

    I tried to install the storefront theme but the plugin never got installed and integration failed with Woocommerce. I cannot raise a ticket yet as I haven’t received the confirmation email.

    There was a classic block on the shop page which was the problem. I removed it and now I do not see the extra products!!

    Still haven’t figured out how to fix the margins and showing products in 3 columns. I edited the settings in Woocommerce but the shop page shows in 2 columns stuck together with no margin.

    Could you disable WP-Optimize plugin and check if the shop page displays correctly?
